I collect or use names and contact details for information updates or marketing purposes.

You can request other information such as details about where I get personal information from and who I share personal information with.   • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask me to delete your personal information.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you.

My lawful basis for collecting or using personal information for information updates or marketing purposes is consent. I have permission from you after I gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

How long I keep information

I keep your personal data that you provided me with and consented for me to process until you revoke your consent to receive marketing communication from me. You can do it every time you receive the newsletter by clicking the appropriate button at the end of the message. Your personal data will also be permanently deleted in the event of my ceasing to trade under the brand of PsychoLoszka na Rubieży.
